Appart from the excellent points raised by that article there is the
case of Egypt and teh Dinasaurs. Anyone who thinks the Dinasaurs
interacted with modern man has more then a few screws loose.

Please explain why the American-Indians drew pictures of dinosaurs on
the rocks along with other animals that they hunted.

Please explain the dinosaur bone found with soft tissue.

If fossilization takes such a long time, how come there is a fossil of
a fish giving birth.

If each layer in the so called 'geologic column' really represents
different time periods, how come there have been trees found standing
that run through multiple of these rock layers?

In the 1800's, when the Geologic column was started, how did they know
what the approximate ages of these different layers were? ( without
any of the dating methods like carbon dating that are supposed to
support it these days.)

If you are interested in more detailed scientific finds, check out the
third part of the seminar, which deals with dinosaurs.

I don't know how difficult it must be for a person to stop taking for
granted something they have told since they were five years old, but
please try for the love of the truth.

How did we get here?

This has a big impact on the following questions:

What are we supposed to do here?
Where are we going from here?

See, in the bible, if we find everything testable to be true, like how
we got here, then, we can have strong confidence in assuming that it
is right about the rest as well, like what we are supposed to be doing
here and where we are going from here.

I'm not a scientist but they are many other ways to determine somethings
age. Do you really believe that Dinasaurs walked among us 8,000 years ago.
Do you honestly believe it only took a few hundred years between each age
(jurrasic age etc) do you know how insane that is?

escaped committing suicide a some years back, being in that position.
But, if I did not think I had Religion with truth now, then how would
I know that the hope I have now is not must a fairy-tale. No, for
something as important as eternity, I need to know that the religion I
have has truth, or its just a deceit.

Thats something we can both agree with. There is no point having false
hopes. However I follow jesus's teachings (including in the Gnostic gospels)
and no where do I see that he wants us to believe in the flat earth or young
earth theory. Those theories are not theories you have to believe in if you
are Christian. It all just depends. The Bible says God created the universe
yes but I believe God created science like he jup started the big bang and
stuff and science takes over. I must say my scientific side is having
trouble with the resserection but hope is over ridding that.

I had recently heard something about the flat earth theory. It is, of
course, false. There is nothing in the bible that says that the earth
is flat. Here is a verse that indicates that the bible shows
otherwise:

heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

I think where the flat earth theory came from was when the church
compromised the clear teaching of the bible for the modern-day
scientific beliefs. -- Which is the same thing a lot of Christians
seem to be doing these days, in trying to fit millions of years
between the seven days of Genesis, Chapter 1.

Remember, popular science was wrong then. It has not always been
fully right since then, even to this day. And, Christians always run
to false-hood when they try to modify the clear teaching of the God's
word to accommodate popular opinion.

Another example: In George Washington's time, they used to believe
that if you got sick, you had bad blood. And, they thought it could
be fixed by some of your blood. That is how George Washington died,
from getting his blood drained. Here is what the bible says about
that:

But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye
not eat.
~

It says that the life of the body is in the blood -- meaning, if you
lose enough, you will die.

How about holding on to your sanity and common sense and trying this:

putting forth some false evidence, then stop watching the video
series, and tell me, so that I may know as well. But, if you don't
find anything false, then go forth with the in the same way to video 2
as so on, at your will.

Yes Science was wrong back then but we can see that now just like we can
prove without a doubt that the Earth is more than just a few thousand years

I found out the KJV bible to be fully true long before I heard of Kent
Hovind. Let's look at what Jesus Christ claims in the KJV bible on
the topic:

John 5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he
wrote of me.

So, now, he has said that the books of Moses are true.

Exodus 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea,
and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the
LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Here we see Moses claiming in the book of Exodus that the Almighty God
created created this entire universe in six days.

Conclusion: Either:
1. Moses was mistaken, and therefore Jesus Christ was mistaken, and
therefore Jesus Christ is not really God, but a liar or lunatic.

2. Moses was right, and Jesus Christ was right, and Jesus Christ
really can be God Almighty who came in the flesh and gave his life to
save us from the terrible penalty for our rebellion against his
Father, God Almighty.
