rk: Joshua, I am one such Secured Party by virtue of the Commonlaw
Copyright Procedure. I am the creditor over the debtor JURISTIC PERSON
over whom the government stood as creditor prior to my Copyright of
the TradeMark/Tradename and taking charge over the fictional
Trademark/Tradename JURISTIC PERSON. You've got a bunch of
accumulated untested theories in your head and you are being
overwhelmed by you true lack of understanding. As such you have taken
a position of "no more, no more," capitulation with excuse.

J: > I have no clarity I know the truth but do not feel I know how to
apply it

rk: Joshua, with all due respect, you have and hold onto the IDEA of
Truth, and not Truth itself. There is a vast difference between the
energy of the two. You are not clear because you mistake the
dualistic/opposing idea of Truth for nondualistic (Whole) Truth
itself. The latter is True Understanding and ONLY IT can SET YOU FREE.

rk: You are playing the LAWYER GAME and it is leaving you confused,
yet prideful in your confusion. Joshua, like many, you are still
entranced by your conditioning.

Help! I've Been Arrested, Now What do I Do???
The very first thing you need to do is as Steve Hayes suggested,
remain silent. They are obligated by law to tell you what you are
being charged with. You have the right to an attorney during
questioning and if you cannot afford one the court will provide you with
one. Keep in mind that any court appointed ttorney is actually beholden
to the prosecuting attorneys office for payment of their
fees, so they aren't going to bust a kidney defending you. Your best
defense in this case will be the local "jailhouse lawyer", an inmate
who has done extensive reading on the legal system and laws and has a
proven track record of helping others beat the system at their own
game. These guys are usually in jail for the long haul.

One thing everyone must KNOW, you DO NOT have to talk to the police. If
they come knocking on your door do not answer. If they know you are home
and speak to you thru the door, tell them that you do not want to speak
with them and are exercising your right to remain silent. If they
threaten you with the phrase "we can get a search warrant" allow me to
remind you that if they had grounds for a warrant they would NOT have
come to your house *without* a warrant. If you open the door and a
detective or cop are standing there, do NOT allow them to enter the
house to speak with you. Simply tell them that you are aware of your
rights and are exercising your right to remain silent. Make it a point
to ask them every 5 minutes or less if you are free to go. They are
obligated to answer, if they do not answer tell your attorney.

If you are pulled over and stopped for a DUI or DWI you need to know
that you do NOT have to submit to a breathalyzer exam or any other
tests, and the penalty for this is loss of your driving privilege
for 120 days, your immediate arrest for suspicion of intoxication
and incarceration until a bail hearing. Since you have refused to
provide the arresting officer with evidence against you the intoxication
charges must be dropped, but then the prosecuting attorney is free to
bring a misdemeanor charge against you of obstructing justice, which is
a $150.00 fine. If an attorney has not been appointed for you the court
cannot proceed with the charges until an attorney is appointed for you
and you've had the chance to consult with him. In the end, it is far
cheaper to loose your privilege to drive for 120 days then it will be to
plead guilty and pay the 4500 dollars you will incure for court costs
and alcohol or drug rehab and treatments, with
the added plus of NO felonies on your record.
