To all Patriotic and Sovereign Americans:
The following is a solution to return our Country back into the hands
of the Sovereign People where it properly belongs.
First, some things must be understood. Each and every one of you
reading this is a victim of Political, Religious, and Media mind
Control. Every one of You! As such your world mind set has been
drummed into you everyday of your life to mold you into the behavior
desired by the controlling elite. You think as an American, a Russian,
a German, etc. You view the world as a Christian, a buddhist, or
countless other cults which bind you to limited, particular, parochial
organized beliefs. That is how you and yours are, and have been
controlled by a Satanic System of beliefs, all your lives.
I am going to break that satanic hypnotic spell here and now for those
of you who wish to change your lives and have the "eyes to see and
ears to hear". Watch your own reactions to what I say, for that will
be the sole determinant of its truth. It will tell you who you truly
are, NOT what you think you are.
Here in America, there are two "yous". The Living, Breathing, Flesh
and Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or woman, the creators of government
and the Dead Concept of "You" called the Juristic Person, created by
Government via your Birth Certification application applied for by
ONE's mother at the time of Birth, and the institution which looks
upon you as their creation, their slave. Clearly two separate
entities exist, The Living "YOU" and the Dead Concept of "you" whose
name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
The Government, the Creator of the Conceptual "you" HAS JURISDICTION
only over the conceptual ("strawman") Juristic Person. That is the
ONLY person over whom the Government has Jurisdiction over unless the
Living man (YOU) consents and contracts with the government to be
subjects of the corporation, or does not rebut their relationship with
the Juristic Person. When that happens, you become subject to the
private Corporation which calls itself Government, (but which is not
True Government, but a private entity masquerading as such) and you
are then subject to all rules, regulations, and legislations of the
corporation. In other words, you forfeit all rights, and they own
you. Such a fictitious entity is thus referred to as a "Person" in all
codes called Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Business Code, etc. Never will
you find in these private code books, the words Man or Woman, a
living, breathing, Flesh-and-Blood entity.
Even if you do not consent to such relationship with government, until
the birth certification is rebutted and/or you remove yourselves
through rescinding such voluntary 14th Amendment status, you are
assumed by the government to be linked as one with the Juristic
Person, even though it is contrary to the Law.

and legislation do not apply to non-corporate natural people who stand
in Common Law and in full legal capacity as one of the sovereign
people. The law states: "There, every man is independent of all laws,
except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any
institutions formed by his fellowmen without his consent." CRUDEN v
NEALE, 2 N.C. 338 (1796) 2 S.E. 70.
There is where the loss of Unalienable Rights of the American People
Begin. They lose their God Given, Unalienable Rights, granted us by
God through their own consent, even though most are UNAWARE OF IT and
are taken advantage of through such deceptive Satanic, lawyerly
trickery in their manipulation of language.
Many of you may be aware of my name as being common law copyrighted. I
have clearly demarcated and established the Living Man from the Dead
Juristic Man, separating the two.
Thus begins my Eleven year standdown of the Oregon Government and
Courts who threw their entire powers and weight of Tyranny against a
single man who brought the Oregon Courts to its knees when he simply
Challenged the dead, fictional courts, the creation of the Sovereign
People of America to prove its Jurisdiction in writing, over a LIVING,
BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT NATURAL MAN. They could not,
they have not, they will not. Otherwise their satanically built
"House of Cards" would come tumbling down.
The original charge a rather innocent Hi-beam violation, no license in
possession, followed by my attempt to hold my public officials
accountable for their criminal actions via UCC Financing
Statements/liens.
Before I go any further into the false arrest, false imprisonment,
kidnapping for ransom, Grand Theft Auto and a host of government
Malfeasance by men and women hired by we the Sovereign People. Let me
give you the Law, which government breaks every day with impunity.

These are Maxims of Law and Questions of Jurisdiction which TRUMP all
corporate rules which call themselves law. The government by law is
merely another "person", a fictional entity and is equal to all other
fictional persons. However, the fictional government is not equal to
the Living Man, its Creator. They're rules ALL APPLY to the JURISTIC
PERSON ONLY. Although I, this living man was kidnapped and held
hostage for ransom (fines, court costs, etc) for 128 days, 121 days in
Solitary confinement and 7 days in general jail population awaiting
two trials. I had launched two jail protest hunger stikes amounting to
55 days which left my body weakened and near death according to the
Jail Nurse, when the Juristic person was found guilty in both trials,
when it came time for sentencing, I REFUSED to accept the courts
"contract offer of sentencing" as the courts had not PROVEN
JURISDICTION over this living man. Days later, I was thrown out of
the jail, with NO CHARGES hanging over the head of this Living Man. I
had called courts CRIMINAL BLUFF.
To this day, I continue to do the very same things for which I was
originally arrested and incarcerated, but the JOSEPHINE COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE, AND THE STATE POLICE WILL NOT ARREST ME NOW, AND
TAKE ME, THE LIVING MAN BEFORE THE COURTS. What they now do is
CONFISCATE MY CAR on the basis of faulty computer information
concerning the JURISTIC PERSON erroneous charge of "Driving while
Suspended," despite the truth of its possibility. All this to the tune
of Thousands of Dollars to recover my stolen property. You see, in
1999, I rescinded my Oregon Driver License and claimed my right to
Travel on the Public Roadways without seeking permission of my Servant
Government, ie, Driver License. Despite that documented fact, the
Soul-less, Robotic compartmentalized system which defies
accountability has declared a license which did not exist to be
SUSPENDED. It must be noted that aside from the first forcible Arrest,
I had never again appeared in a court of Law, and Nor have I spent a
single cent in fines, court costs etc.
The Law Enforcement agencies and the courts of OREGON and other states
in our country are engaged in a MULTI-BILLION Dollar "Driver license"
Scam, and that is the issue behind my stand. One has the Right to
Travel freely on the roadways if one IS NOT engaged in Commerce while
doing so. This has been upheld by Constitutional decisions, but is
IGNORED by Law Enforcement who see this as a REVENUE GATHERING DEVICE
when their other sources of revenue have dried up.

I have learned in the last 11 years that the LAW BE DAMNED as far as
our police, courts and JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, STEPHEN D.
CAMPBELL are concerned. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN LAW. The tyranny
that has grown up in America recently can be traced to such
INSTITUTIONAL INDIFFERENCE TO THE LAW.
In the last 11 years since this issue of PIRACY ON THE HIGHWAYS began,
I have sent paperwork to the courts, and affidavits requiring Proof of
Claim for the actions taken by law enforcement prior to the court
date. All such proofs of claim were defaulted. When one looks at the
10 Maxims of Law, They will see Why I am not being arrested for my
actions, for the courts would be faced with answering questions they
cannot answer without fear of the entire system crumbling under the
weight of its criminal involvement and corruption.
It is clear the system can readily bury the truth when brought up by
one man, but it cannot defeat large numbers if public outcry. I
recognize most of you are scared with the fear tactics, brutality, and
shootings going on. You must UNDERSTAND that you are allowing it all
to happen with your "silent consent."
Rise up. Take Control of your lives. Demand OREGON DISTRICT ATTORNEY

To all Patriotic and Sovereign Americans:
The following is a solution to return our Country back into the hands
of the Sovereign People where it properly belongs.
First, some things must be understood. Each and every one of you
reading this is a victim of Political, Religious, and Media mind
Control. Every one of You! As such your world mind set has been
drummed into you everyday of your life to mold you into the behavior
desired by the controlling elite. You think as an American, a Russian,
a German, etc. You view the world as a Christian, a buddhist, or
countless other cults which bind you to limited, particular, parochial
organized beliefs. That is how you and yours are, and have been
controlled by a Satanic System of beliefs, all your lives.
I am going to break that satanic hypnotic spell here and now for those
of you who wish to change your lives and have the "eyes to see and
ears to hear". Watch your own reactions to what I say, for that will
be the sole determinant of its truth. It will tell you who you truly
are, NOT what you think you are.
Here in America, there are two "yous". The Living, Breathing, Flesh
and Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or woman, the creators of government
and the Dead Concept of "You" called the Juristic Person, created by
Government via your Birth Certification application applied for by
ONE's mother at the time of Birth, and the institution which looks
upon you as their creation, their slave. Clearly two separate
entities exist, The Living "YOU" and the Dead Concept of "you" whose
name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
The Government, the Creator of the Conceptual "you" HAS JURISDICTION
only over the conceptual ("strawman") Juristic Person. That is the
ONLY person over whom the Government has Jurisdiction over unless the
Living man (YOU) consents and contracts with the government to be
subjects of the corporation, or does not rebut their relationship with
the Juristic Person. When that happens, you become subject to the
private Corporation which calls itself Government, (but which is not
True Government, but a private entity masquerading as such) and you
are then subject to all rules, regulations, and legislations of the
corporation. In other words, you forfeit all rights, and they own
you. Such a fictitious entity is thus referred to as a "Person" in all
codes called Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Business Code, etc. Never will
you find in these private code books, the words Man or Woman, a
living, breathing, Flesh-and-Blood entity.
Even if you do not consent to such relationship with government, until
the birth certification is rebutted and/or you remove yourselves
through rescinding such voluntary 14th Amendment status, you are
assumed by the government to be linked as one with the Juristic
Person, even though it is contrary to the Law.

There is where the loss of Unalienable Rights of the American People
Begin. They lose their God Given, Unalienable Rights, granted us by
God through their own consent, even though most are UNAWARE OF IT and
are taken advantage of through such deceptive Satanic, lawyerly
trickery in their manipulation of language.

These are Maxims of Law and Questions of Jurisdiction which TRUMP all
corporate rules which call themselves law. The government by law is
merely another "person", a fictional entity and is equal to all other
fictional persons. However, the fictional government is not equal to
the Living Man, its Creator. They're rules ALL APPLY to the JURISTIC
PERSON ONLY. Although I, this living man was kidnapped and held
hostage for ransom (fines, court costs, etc) for 128 days, 121 days in
Solitary confinement and 7 days in general jail population awaiting
two trials. I had launched two jail protest hunger stikes amounting to
55 days which left my body weakened and near death according to the
Jail Nurse, when the Juristic person was found guilty in both trials,
when it came time for sentencing, I REFUSED to accept the courts
"contract offer of sentencing" as the courts had not PROVEN
JURISDICTION over this living man. Days later, I was thrown out of
the jail, with NO CHARGES hanging over the head of this Living Man. I
had called courts CRIMINAL BLUFF.
To this day, I continue to do the very same things for which I was
originally arrested and incarcerated, but the JOSEPHINE COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE, AND THE STATE POLICE WILL NOT ARREST ME NOW, AND
TAKE ME, THE LIVING MAN BEFORE THE COURTS. What they now do is
CONFISCATE MY CAR on the basis of faulty computer information
concerning the JURISTIC PERSON erroneous charge of "Driving while
Suspended," despite the truth of its possibility. All this to the tune
of Thousands of Dollars to recover my stolen property. You see, in
1999, I rescinded my Oregon Driver License and claimed my right to
Travel on the Public Roadways without seeking permission of my Servant
Government, ie, Driver License. Despite that documented fact, the
Soul-less, Robotic compartmentalized system which defies
accountability has declared a license which did not exist to be
SUSPENDED. It must be noted that aside from the first forcible Arrest,
I had never again appeared in a court of Law, and Nor have I spent a
single cent in fines, court costs etc.
The Law Enforcement agencies and the courts of OREGON and other states
in our country are engaged in a MULTI-BILLION Dollar "Driver license"
Scam, and that is the issue behind my stand. One has the Right to
Travel freely on the roadways if one IS NOT engaged in Commerce while
doing so. This has been upheld by Constitutional decisions, but is
IGNORED by Law Enforcement who see this as a REVENUE GATHERING DEVICE

I have learned in the last 11 years that the LAW BE DAMNED as far as
our police, courts and JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, STEPHEN D.

Claim for the actions taken by law enforcement prior to the court
date. All such proofs of claim were defaulted. When one looks at the
10 Maxims of Law, They will see Why I am not being arrested for my
actions, for the courts would be faced with answering questions they
cannot answer without fear of the entire system crumbling under the
weight of its criminal involvement and corruption.
